With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Josh’s technical foundation, coupled with his extensive professional experience at SLB and Cameron, positions him as a transformative leader driving innovation and growth across North America.
Josh’s career is distinguished by a deep understanding of the engineering, manufacturing, and operational aspects of the valve industry. His ability to strategically navigate complex markets, combined with his hands-on knowledge of product development and customer needs, ensures TWC and Premier Valve & Field Services remain at the forefront of the industry.

David Smith, our Vice President of Business Development, has over 30 years of professional experience in the valve manufacturing and distribution industry. He provides strategic direction and leadership, emphasizing quality, productivity, and solutions to customer issues—his expertise in sales, operations, and development of stocking distributor partnerships and manufacturers' representatives. David appreciates the opportunity to work with and grow our great network of distributors and manufacturer reps. He is married with three sons, enjoys golf, a good cigar, and watching the Astros win the World Series.
Alberto Molinar has been a vital part of TWC The Valve Company since 2019, initially joining as Strategic Project Manager before taking on the additional responsibility of Inside Sales Manager. Now serving as Director of Operations, Alberto leverages a wealth of experience and a broad skill set to oversee and enhance the company’s operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
A graduate of Universidad del Valle de México with a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Alberto brings a technical and analytical mindset to every role he undertakes. His career began at Walworth in Mexico, where he spent a decade gaining expertise in various capacities. Starting as a Product Engineer, Alberto immersed himself in the world of valves, mastering technical specifications and standards. His progression included roles in the Special Projects Team, where he managed high-profile initiatives for Pemex, and as a Resident Engineer in China, overseeing production control for the Cast Steel GGC line.
Alberto’s experience also spans international procurement, production planning, and ERP system implementation. His diverse background in engineering, purchasing, project management, and production control has given him a comprehensive understanding of operational lifecycles. This extensive knowledge enables Alberto to drive improvements and foster seamless collaboration between the companies within the Walworth group.
As Director of Operations, Alberto combines strategic vision, process optimization expertise, and a results-oriented approach to elevate TWC’s operational capabilities. His leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and enhancing daily interactions across all levels of the organization.

Clayton McCall has been a driving force at TWC, The Valve Company, since 2014, leveraging over a decade of expertise in the valve industry to deliver exceptional results. A graduate of the University of Houston Business School with a bachelor’s in marketing and a distinguished alumnus of the Program for Excellence in Selling, Clayton combines academic excellence with hands-on experience.
Since starting his career in 2010, Clayton has built a solid foundation in both manufacturing and distribution, specializing in the downstream and midstream sectors. At TWC, Clayton’s journey has been marked by versatility and leadership, progressing from the Inside Sales Group to roles including 6D Product Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and now, Director of Business Development. His ability to combine strategy, negotiation, and business intelligence has consistently positioned him as the top contributor to sales and brand awareness across the US and Canada.

Based in Richmond, TX, Clayton balances his professional success with a fulfilling personal life. Brandie Ford serves as the HR Administrator for TWC The Valve Company, bringing over 12 years of comprehensive experience in human resources across diverse industries, including hospitality, food service, and manufacturing. With a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Downtown, Brandie combines advanced knowledge with practical expertise to drive impactful HR strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.

Dalton Lytle serves as the National Sales Manager for TWC, The Valve Company, bringing over 15 years of proven sales expertise and more than a decade of specialized experience in the valve industry. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and a passion for building lasting client relationships, Dalton plays a pivotal role in driving Grupo Walworth’s growth and expanding its presence in the North American market.
Dalton’s career has been marked by notable achievements, including his tenure as Vice President of Sales at Enerspark, where he guided independent PVF (pipe, valve, and fittings) distributors through complex private transactions. Prior to that, Dalton honed his expertise at Warren Valve, where he ascended to a director-level position and became part of the executive team. Over six years, Dalton spearheaded USA Industrial Sales, procurement, acquisitions, and product development across eight regional locations. Under his leadership, Warren Valve experienced exponential growth, with sales quadrupling as he successfully executed a key acquisition and secured over 60 distribution agreements nationwide.
Dalton’s academic foundation further enhances his capabilities as a sales leader. He holds executive education credentials in Negotiation and Finance from Harvard Business School, equipping him with advanced strategies to navigate high-stakes deals and optimize financial outcomes. Combined with his bachelor’s degree from McCoy College of Business at Texas State University, Dalton brings a well-rounded perspective to sales strategy, market analysis, and team leadership. His expertise provides him with a significant advantage in understanding client needs, developing customized solutions, and positioning TWC’s legacy products—valves with a history dating back to 1842—as industry leaders.

Jessica Javier brings two decades of experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector to her role at TWC, The Valve Company. Joining the team in March 2024, Jessica’s journey from a capex buyer to Business Development Manager highlights her deep industry knowledge, adaptability, and growth within the Oil & Gas industry.
Jessica holds a degree in Linguistics from the University of Southern California, a unique academic foundation that enhances her exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Areeb Ahmad is a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory Control Specialist, combining a strong background in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in warehouse operations and logistics. His expertise in inventory management, process optimization, and team leadership ensures the seamless flow of materials, efficient storage solutions, and precise tracking systems within fast-paced industrial environments.
With a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving, Areeb excels at streamlining warehouse processes, reducing inefficiencies, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. His hands-on experience across diverse industries has equipped him with a deep understanding of warehouse systems, from automation and machinery maintenance to supply chain logistics and inventory forecasting.

Nelson Segura serves as the Controller for TWC The Valve Company, overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, and corporate functions. With more than 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and real estate sectors, Nelson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Prior to joining TWC in 2024, Nelson held leadership positions that solidified his reputation as a finance expert. As Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Rangeland Energy, he managed treasury, financial accounting, and compliance for multiple midstream projects across the United States and Canada. His previous roles at Beusa Energy further expanded his expertise, where he directed operational accounting and administrative functions for both exploration and production activities and oilfield services. Nelson’s extensive background also includes roles at Maritech Resources and real estate firms, giving him a comprehensive understanding of complex financial environments.
Nelson’s academic credentials further strengthen his ability to lead TWC’s financial operations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and an MBA in Information Systems Management from Auburn University, as well as a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Oklahoma. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Nelson combines technical proficiency with strategic insight, enabling him to excel in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
